Munner: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; I believe I have finally found the key to a more happy and fulfilling life through the study of Mindfulness. I have acheived five University degrees with high honours, while at the same time suffering from severe bouts of anxiety and depression. I want to share Mindfulness with anyone suffering from Stress, Anxiety and Depression,or, anyone who just wants to lead a happier, more successful life. This IS NOT new age mumbo jumbo. Mindfulness is a recognized, highly successful therapy used by Doctors all over the world. It is related to Cognitive Behavior Therapy.I am NOT a Psychiatrist, my PhD is in English Literature, although I have extensive study in Psychology.
